FAQ’s

Wondering what it’s like to work with SRG? We’ve gathered the answers to some of our frequently asked questions.

How does the application process work?

When you are contacted for an appointment you’ll come in to fill out an application form and the necessary paperwork. We go over your work history and preferences. The process varies depending on the type of employment you are looking for. Typically it will require you to go through assessments evaluating your skills level, safety training, an interview and completion of paperwork. We also conduct references with your previous employers. The whole process takes about 2 hours.

Based on the results of your assessments and interview, we work on matching you with employment opportunities best suited for you and that meets the criteria of the placement. Depending on the placement we may have you stay a little longer or come back for additional training and orientations.

Is there a fee to apply with you?

Absolutely not! We do not charge applicants or team members; in fact it’s law. Our clients pay us for our services to recruit individuals to work at their facilities.
